AI Executive is delivered as a 4-hour face-to-face or webinar session to allow for open discussion and question exploration.

Generative AI is fundamentally transforming organisations. This level of transformation can also create disruption, especially for the C-suite.
Senior executives need to understand the subtle differences between exploiting and exploring AI. This interactive training helps executive leadership teams explore the different forms of AI adoption to select the path that matches organisational goals and ideals.
Organisational risk and strategy will also be impacted by AI adoption and this topic is deeply explored, including practical examples from other organisations.
AI C-Suite is delivered as a 6-hour, highly interactive, face-to-face session and can be held out of normal business hours if needed to suit busy executive diaries.
AI Boardroom
AI is now one of the most discussed topics of a modern Boardroom. Directors need to know that they are asking the right governance questions of their executive leadership team.
AI Boardroom ensures that Directors understand the executive challenges with managing AI adoption, as well as exploring the unique challenges of governing an AI empowered organisation. Beyond the legal and corporate risk, this training session will uncover the broader risks relating to modern slavery, ESG and more.
AI Boardroom also explores the Board’s role in formulating the organisations Ethical & Responsible AI Framework. AI Boardroom is delivered as two 2 hour sessions which can be attached to existing Board meeting schedules or conducted as a special interest session.
