Hi, I’m Simon Kriss
I am Asia Pacific’s leading voice on the adoption and application of AI in customer experience. I am an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience working for some of the world’s biggest brand names.
I am a divergent thinker and so I specialise in futurist innovation. I mix wonderous and adaptive thinking together with sound business pragmatics in everything I do.
My happy place is on stage, and I am just as comfortable addressing 2,000 conference attendees as I am discussing with the Board of Directors or talking with frontline staff. I have the uncanny skill of taking difficult and complex concepts (such as AI) and simplifying them so that all audiences can understand and adopt.
While I am a trusted advisor, keynote speaker and author, I am also a father to three adults and grandfather to eight wonderfully imaginative grandchildren.
I value diversity, integrity, honesty, and self-accountability. I also really love a challenge to solve – with or without AI.
